Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Paella catered as a pop up stand – we are not a food truck.

  2. Minimum of 40 people for private catering.

  3. Deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure booking.

  4. Receipt of the deposit acknowledges the client's acceptance of the conditions of sale, as listed here.

  5. Balance of payment is due on the date of invoice, a week before the event.

  6. Cutlery/crockery not included unless specified as a line item in quotes or invoices.

  7. An additional charge of R200/hour per cook applies for events longer than 5 hours.

  8. Transport to and from the venue is outsourced and travel charges are calculated individually.

  9. Quote valid for 5 days.

  10. Damages: Tutto will not be held liable for any damages caused by or relating to our service. We will however do our utmost to ensure that nothing of this nature transpires.                                        

Cancellation policy:    

  1. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable

  2. The full amount is owed one week before the event. This also applies to bookings cancelled after this time.
