The Kitchen Fairy is owned and personally overseen by Debbie Earle. Having trained at Christina Martin School of Food and Wine (in Durban Kzn), I thereafter managed Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse, (a boutique hotel in the Kamberg, Drakensberg). Fourteen months later I returned to Christina Martin School of Food and Wine, to follow a dream of lecturing aspiring chefs for the next three years, many of whom are today held in the highest esteem.
Debs' passion for delicious food is reflected in the flavours and balance in all her dishes. This is a fairy we all wish we had in our pantry - NOW WE DO!
